• Direct contact with the Firm Principal in all decisions, which will affect design, pricing and schedule.

• Involvement by single contact Project Architect in all issues relating to production of the Construction Documents, material selections and supplier co-ordination.

• Proven skills in co-coordinating and working as a Team with the Owner, Contractor, Subs and Suppliers.

• A history of success in dealing with the required Co-ordination with factory representatives both in the design approval process but also representing the needs and desires of the Dealers.

• An ability to assist with cost effective decision-making involving preferred suppliers and equipment selection.

• Assistance in project elements other than those directly connected to the Construction. (Fixtures, Furnishings & Equipment)

• Valuable insight as a result of continued feedback from personal involvement in dealership building operations.
